WONDROUS WORDS

the poet walks around after midnight
with many words beneath his breath
watching stillness with closed eyes
soothing the darkness with mantra
beyond the full gaze of the lunar moon
speaking in astral silence
whirling light beyond the kosmos
towards the goddess Saraswati
painting wondrous words

If only that were true! Caustic or peurile is how I'd describe mine most of the time.

I like yours though.

or worse, sweary words! But yours are terrific (with the possible exception of lunar moon!)

Wayne,
How true it is. The still of the night, the gaze on the moon, would bring the journey back to wonderful memories. Excellent write.

P/S I had gone to your 'Paintings' blog prior to this. Kindly see comments there. Thanks.
