CHANGING

If I change as they are changing

if they change as i change

(if they change, we all change)

Is everything changing, as I bend

down to touch the wind?

(are they changing, or remaining the same?)

as I walk across the dunes each morning.

I like the way you bring the dunes in at the last line -- gives everything a concrete focus.

this was so well written. i love the part "is everything changing, as i bend down to touch the wind?" that paired with the last line makes it seem almost otherworldly. Good job!

Change... excellent topic.

Nothing endures but change.

If anything is certain, it is that change is certain. The world we are planning for today will not exist in this form tomorrow.

Sand dunes make an apt analogy for the human perspective, the individual way of thinking/'seeing'/'not-seeing.' ;) Thanks for sharing. Been reading other poems here, as well. "Three Artists" blew me away, with its rich details (laid out in a fluid way). I also loved "It Comes to This" (word choice and phrasing). Cheers.
